Flat Head Pedestal Specifications

Pedestal Assembly

1. Assembly up to 600mm finish floor height (FFH) shall provide an 2270 kg axial load without permanent deformation.
2. Assembly should provide 50 mm total adjustment with a floor height of 150 mm or greater.
3. Standard finish floor height is from 150 mm to 600 mm. For other FFH pedestal height, contact your local sales representative.
4. All pedestal components and fasteners are completely electro-zinc free.
5. Zinc electroplating shall be prohibited on all pedestal components and fasteners.

Pedestal Base

1. Base to be at least 95 mm and with powder coated steel.
2. Pedestal tube shall be square and with powder coated steel.

Stringers

1. Heavy duty roll formed steel stringer with stand 200 kg mid-span load.
2. Galvanized stringer construction to prevent corrosion. Zinc Electroplating is prohibited.
3. Stinger shall be 30 mm deep 20 mm wide.

Pedestal Head

1. 11 ga de formed galvanized steel pedestal head and projection welded stud with adjustment nut. Head and installation stringers shall provide full perimeter edge support for panel.
2. Stringers shall be attached with 24x45mm flat head screws.
3. Pedestal head should be taped for engagement of stringers screw.
4. Steel nut shall be 19mm – 10 UNC roll formed.
5. Nut shall be 19mm – 10 UNC with corrosion resistant coating.
6. Stud shall provide an anti-rotation feature when engaged with the pedestal base assembly.

Perimeter

• Perimeter pedestal shall provide support for panels around columns, at walls and in corners.
